TBG is partnering with a growing professional services organization with 1000 employees seeking a Compensation Manager to join their team. This can be a hybrid position in either our client's NYC or Boston office. The Compensation Manager will report into the CHRO.
Responsibilities:
- Compensation Review Cycle- salary benchmarking, merit increases, bonuses
- Compensation Analysis
- Compensation program administration
- Job evaluation, market pricing and compensation benchmarking
- Compensation surveys
- Compensation policy and processes
- Compliance
- Incentive compensation program administration
- Compensation reporting
- Compensation inquiries
- Partner with CHRO and Finance regarding compensation budgeting & forecasting
- Compensation communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in
- 7 years of progressive compensation experience within a professional services environment
Salary : $180,000 - $190,000
