Nassau County, Long Island, NY (4 Days Onsite | Fridays Remote)

$90K–$130K Base Salary

A publicly traded real estate investment company is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to join a highly visible data and technology team focused on improving operations through automation, AI, and intelligent workflows.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys solving business problems, working with large datasets, and building practical AI-driven solutions that have direct impact across an organization.

In this role, you’ll partner with teams across finance, accounting, operations, property management, acquisitions, and asset management to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop AI-powered tools and automations that improve how the business operates day to day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement
• Build AI agents, automations, and workflow solutions that streamline manual tasks
• Work with large datasets and integrate information across multiple systems
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Connect internal tools, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms
• Support and enhance existing AI workflows and automation initiatives
• Help drive adoption of new tools and technologies across the organization

What They’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in analytics, automation, consulting, data, AI, or technical operations
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and business process improvement
• Ability to think critically and break down complex operational problems
• Someone resourceful, curious, and comfortable learning independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field preferred

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Python
• SQL
• APIs and system integrations
• AI workflow/orchestration tools such as LangChain, n8n, Stack AI, or similar
• Experience building AI projects professionally or independently
• Exposure to real estate, finance, or operational data environments is a plus
