Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Flexible Availability
- Should have reliable transportation with ability to drive to locations around Los Angeles
- Should use own vehicle, fuel reimbursement calculated by hours worked and mileage
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and perform general clerical duties
- Manage and maintain google calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Data entry with high level of accuracy
- Monitoring emails and providing efficient timely responses
- Maintaining internal CRM
- Maintain internal checklists and vendor lists
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Organize all events and open houses including being present on day of event and/or open house to prepare.
- Order reports and marketing as needed
-Commute to run errands as needed
- Social Media Management
- Digital Content creation
- Assist with showings from time to time
- Install and pick up lock boxes, ensure keys are at properties when needed / make copies
- Sit listing inspections and provide detailed recap afterwards
- Assisting Client Care Coordinator with prepping homes for photography
- Meeting Photographer at properties
- Provide Agent Visual Inspection notes
- Help with scheduling buyer showings
