We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Director of Operations to manage the administrative and operational functions of our small real estate team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a strong background in managing listings, transactions, marketing, and client communication. This role is crucial for ensuring the agent's efficiency and success, allowing them to focus on sales and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Listings & Transactions:
- Manage the entire listing process, including TC, entering listings into the MLS, etc.
- Oversee transactions from listing to close of escrow, ensuring all forms are completed and requirements are met.
- Coordinate showings, open houses, inspections, and appraisals.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients, escrow companies, and all parties involved to provide updates and ensure a smooth process.
- Marketing:
- Prepare listing presentations and Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs).
- Coordinate with photographers and stagers to prepare properties for market.
- Work with the marketing team to create and distribute e-blasts, brochures, and print advertisements.
- Update websites and manage social media to advertise listings and open houses.
- Administrative & Operational Management:
- Manage the agent's appointment calendar and assist with administrative duties and errands.
- Maintain and organize a database of current and closed files.
- Manage office logistics, including ordering supplies and hiring outside vendors.
- Process invoices and maintain a log of expenses.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate operations, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process.
- Proficiency with real estate tools, including MLS, ZipForms, and DocuSign.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain continuous contact with clients and external parties.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for monitoring and organizing files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Platform, Mac, and PC.
- A California Real Estate License is highly preferred.
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
