Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive, based in Erlanger, KY, with the flexibility to work in the office as well as outside sales. The Account Executive will manage and develop relationships with clients, prospect for new business opportunities, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role requires active communication to address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and convert leads into long-term clients
- Strong customer relationship management and the ability to provide exceptional service to meet client needs
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or a similar industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant sales tools is beneficial
- Self-motivation, team collaboration skills, and the ability to work both independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
