Duncan based Contractor looking for a General Construction Project Manager for local Duncan office. Applicant must have a minimum of 10 years work experience in general contracting, commercial construction, civil construction . The applicant will have full responsibility for the successful planning, organizing, controlling and monitoring of all assigned projects - Specific duties will include project organization, scheduling construction coordination, owner/contractor relations, value engineering and subcontract awards - Demonstrated success in leading a construction team, meeting contract deadlines as well as estimating and procurement experience and expertise required. The applicant will also expedite timely, accurate project cost budgets. Obtain, distribute and manage plans or specifications as directed by supervisor for proposed projects. Accurately prepare a detailed cost estimates of all aspects of a proposed projects including but not limited to quantity take off, detailed cost estimate, line item and subcontractor summary by division.
