This role is responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while maintaining the company’s strong safety culture and commitment to client relationships. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets; monitor costs and forecast financial performance.Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating coordination, value engineering, and scope review.Negotiate and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders.Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract documents.Coordinate with superintendents to manage field operations and maintain project timelines.Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear communication to clients and stakeholders.Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Foster strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and team members.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and cost control practices.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards.Ability to travel to regional project locations as required.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with company contributionPaid time off and holidays
