Your Role
As a Barista and shift leader, you will help create an outstanding guest experience while supporting smooth daily café operations.
You will:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional customer service.
- Lead shifts and help ensure efficient, consistent daily operations.
- Maintain high standards for beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor product quality and ensure proper preparation and presentation.
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and daily café organization.
- Support and encourage team members during busy service periods.
- Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, reliability, and hospitality.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience.
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee techniques.
- Experience working with commercial espresso equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Reliable evening and weekend availability.
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a Shift Lead, or Barista Lead.
- Strong interest in specialty coffee and continued professional development.
