Our Maintenance Assistant contributes to the daily maintenance operations for our facility. You will be performing the repairs, alterations, and maintenance of our property to ensure a high sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents, families and staff.

Your Job:
- Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
- Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- High school graduate or GED
- 2 years of experience (Have other qualifying experience? We want to hear from you!)
- Motivated and organized team-player with strong problem-solving skills
