What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
- Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
- Supervise and guide LPNs and CNAs to ensure the highest quality of care
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Support restorative care efforts and promote resident independence
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional team player
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Committed to providing quality care and maintaining a reliable shift history
- $2/hour Night Shift Differential
