Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in the Buffalo, New York Metropolitan Area. As a Golf Club Fitting Representative, you will collaborate with customers to provide personalized club-fitting experiences while offering tailored recommendations to meet individual players’ needs. You will ensure the display and maintenance of golf equipment, promote product knowledge, educate the customer base on TaylorMade products, and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you may assist in events and demonstrations designed to highlight TaylorMade’s innovative offerings.
Primary season is May - June, with limited events in July - August. Great for someome who loves golf, passionate for customer service, technical savy and would enjoy improving players games with the #1 equipment in golf.
Must have reliable transportation, able to travel in WNY to golf courses and accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and passion for Golf and Golf Equipment
- Effective Communication and strong Customer Service skills
- Familiarity with technical equipment requirements and golf customization processes is a plus
- Experience with club-fitting, sales, or other customer-focused interactions in sports retail is an asset
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Willingness to work on-site, including weekends and occasional special events
