TaylorMade Experience is partnering with an independent registered investment advisory firm in the Washington, DC metropolitan area to assist with the search for a Client Service Manager to support their growing team.

Position Overview
The Client Service Manager will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s Wealth Advisors, Associate Advisors, and Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Deliverable Support
- Prepare client account paperwork, forms, and meeting deliverables under the supervision of Advisors and Relationship Managers.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client-facing materials.
- Coordinate with custodians and vendors to resolve operational issues.
- Process client requests promptly outside of scheduled meetings.
Account Administration
- Open, maintain, and transfer accounts across custodians.
- Process money movements (wires, ACH transfers, and check requests).
- Monitor account activity for accuracy and compliance.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely responses and exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate and current records in the firm’s CRM system.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients, Advisors, and Relationship Managers.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to firm policies, SEC regulations, and industry best practices.
- Maintain complete and accurate client documentation.
Professional Growth & Development
- Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and client service.
- Support firm-wide initiatives and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of administrative or client service experience, preferably in financial services.
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional communication and client service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities; skilled at multi-tasking.
- High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
