As a Service Porter at Taylor's Auto Max GMC Nissan, located in Great Falls, MT, you will play a vital role in ensuring our dealership runs smoothly. This position is essential for maintaining the flow of service operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the movement of vehicles within the dealership lot to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting customers and assisting them as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and vehicle inventory.
- Support service technicians by delivering vehicles to customers after service completion.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and improve workflow.
- Help manage vehicle keys and ensure proper documentation for all movements.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
