Taylors Auto Max GMC Nissan needs a Service Concierge.
We are looking for individuals who are extremely detail-oriented, proficient, and multi-tasker with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is a team player that wants to help support our dealership staff and valued customers. We have a family atmosphere with an emphasis on teamwork. The position is Full-Time with benefits. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8am until 5pm. We promote from within and move people into new positions often, so this is a perfect entry-level position for someone with an interest in the automotive industry.
Duties/Requirements include but not limited to:
- Handling/scheduling inbound service phone calls
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer Service phone skills
- Highly organized
- Effective Listener and active listening skills
- Self-Motivated
- Speak clearly and confidently in all situations
- Knowledge of telephone, text, email techniques and etiquette.
- Driven to deliver 110% customer satisfaction
- Provide customer service with an enthusiastic, professional, and confident attitude.
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
