SVP Alternatives Distribution, Midwest
Location: Chicago, Ill
Compensation: $200K base Bonus Equity
We are partnering with a well-recognized alternatives investment platform that partners with leading asset managers across private credit and private equity. The firm is in a major growth phase and is adding a senior Midwest commercial leader to own and scale one of its most strategic regions.
This is a Chicago-based leadership opportunity with full market ownership, direct team leadership, and significant long-term upside.

Responsibilities
- Own and lead Midwest alternatives distribution strategy across RIAs, independent broker-dealers, and private banking platforms
- Serve as a player-coach, personally driving capital formation while leading and mentoring a team of senior sales professionals
- Build and optimize the regional coverage model, advisor segmentation, and sales execution strategy
- Lead new fund launches, regional roadshows, and national asset manager partnerships
- Partner closely with senior leadership on growth strategy, market expansion, and revenue forecasting
- Drive disciplined CRM usage, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Act as the senior commercial face of the platform across the Midwest
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in alternative investments distribution and capital raising
- Proven track record building and scaling regional sales teams
- Existing Midwest relationships across RIA, IBD, and private bank channels
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 required
- CAIA preferred
