A leading public‑company innovator in the energy and industrial technology space is hiring a Senior Securities & Governance Counsel to support high‑visibility legal and corporate governance work. The role would have direct exposure to senior leadership including the CLO.
What You’ll Lead
- SEC reporting & SOX for a fast‑scaling public company.
- Earnings‑cycle legal support covering disclosures, investor communications, shareholder proposals.
- Governance & Board support across policies, procedures, best practices.
- Corporate transactions including equity, debt, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures.
- International expansion including risk mitigation and subsidiary oversight.
- Equity program support.
What You Bring
- 10 years of securities/governance experience; public‑company in‑house experience required.
- Proven SEC exposure across 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks
- Strong judgment, independence, and cross‑functional leadership.
- Ability to manage complex workflows in a fast‑moving environment.
- Global or manufacturing/energy exposure is a plus.
Salary : $230,000 - $300,000
