Investor Relations, Operations Specialist

Location: Los Angeles, CA- Hybrid

Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 base


A leading global private equity firm is seeking a Specialist to join its Investor Relations team. This is an opportunity to work within one of the industry’s most respected global platforms, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to institutional investors across multiple fund strategies.

This role sits at the heart of the Investor Services function, supporting LP reporting, DDQ and RFP completion, and ongoing investor communications. It’s ideal for a detail-oriented, adaptable professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

The role focuses on servicing existing limited partners and ensuring precision in quarterly reporting and investor deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Support quarterly investor reporting, capital account statements, and fund data reconciliation.
  • Support day-to-day investor operations, including monitoring team inboxes, coordinating investor communications, and assisting with the onboarding of new funds and investors
  • Coordinate across finance, legal, and investment teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant LP communications.
  • Oversee the preparation of capital call and distribution notices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with partnership agreements.
  • Manage and complete due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs, and consultant surveys.
  • Respond to ad-hoc LP and consultant requests, maintaining consistency and brand accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Maintain LP information in internal databases and portals; help refine investor reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with recurring LP notices, performance summaries, and other investor materials.
  • Participate in continuous process improvements and cross-functional initiatives that enhance LP servicing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, fund administration, or institutional reporting; ideally within private equity, private credit, or alternative investments.
  • Strong command of DDQ and RFP processes, consultant database updates, and quarterly reporting cycles.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and LP communication or CRM tools
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently across departments and with external partners.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
