What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Officer position at Taylor Root?
We are working with multiple clients in Florida looking for compliance professionals with a background in healthcare (hospital experience ideal). These positions are onsite on a hybrid basis with travel as needed to physician practice groups. They are differing levels of seniority with one at the mid-level and one more senior requiring management experience. Both will involve cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. The senior role is of a more strategic nature, reports into the CCO and involves regular meetings with senior leadership. The following experience would be useful for both roles:
- hotline

- billing/coding
- training/education
- investigations
- compliance monitoring and auditing activities
- staying abreast of OIG guidance
- experience implementing the seven elements of an effective compliance program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
