Claims Manager

A global company with a large U.S. operational footprint is seeking a Manager, Corporate Claims to join its centralized risk function. This role oversees multi‑line casualty and property claims across a diverse portfolio of locations and partners closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to drive efficient, accurate, and strategic claims outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property claims, along with the ability to analyze trends, manage third‑party administrators, and support broader risk management initiatives. This is a high‑visibility position with meaningful interaction across finance, operations, legal, and safety teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end claims across workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property lines
• Oversee TPA performance, litigation strategy, and coverage evaluation
• Partner with internal teams to support investigations, reporting, and claims resolution
• Prepare recurring claims reports, identify trends, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support self‑insured programs, audits, and data integrity across RMIS platforms
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align claims handling with operational priorities

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of multi‑line claims experience (WC GL Auto required; property a plus)
• Experience managing TPAs, litigation, and self‑insured programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret claims data and identify trends
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency with RMIS and standard reporting tools
• Relevant industry designations (ARM, AIC, CPCU, etc.) are beneficial

Additional Details

• This role is fully onsite, Monday–Friday
• Competitive compensation package, including base salary up to $145K depending on experience plus a discretionary bonus
