Real Estate Associate Attorney - Mid-sized law firm - Raleigh, NC - Hybrid


Compensation: $185,000 - $270,000 Base Salary (depending on experience)


Qualifications:

  • 5 to 15 years of experience in real estate transactional matters
  • Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, disclosure agreements, development agreements, and commercial leases
  • Significant contract review, drafting and negotiation
  • Manage transactions from inception to closing with extensive client contact and minimal supervision


Salary : $185,000 - $270,000
