Responsibilities
- Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing certificates of insurance.
- Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
- Responding to inquiries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
- Assisting clients with policy changes, claims, and payments.
Requirements
- Professional office experience preferred, Insurance experience a plus.
- Basic computer and technical skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
- minimum 5 years office/customer service experience required.
- an Agent's P&C license is preferred, but we are willing to pay for and help train to obtain the P&C license. This license is a requirement of this position within 12 months.
- this position is an 'in office' position...NOT REMOTE.
Salary : $48,000 - $66,000
