A luxury residential high‑rise in Jersey City is seeking a skilled, reliable Lead Handyman to oversee day‑to‑day maintenance operations and ensure an exceptional living experience for residents. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance troubleshooting
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance tasks for the building
- Respond promptly to resident service requests with a professional, customer‑focused approach
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas, mechanical rooms, and building systems
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials, and equipment
- Assist with vendor coordination and supervise contracted work when needed
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety and building code standards

Qualifications
