Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Vision Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Cabinet Vision software configurations, automating manufacturing processes, and supporting production with accurate engineering data. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Cabinet Vision, S2M Center, and custom engineering solutions for cabinet manufacturing.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain Cabinet Vision standards, libraries, and construction methods.
· Create and modify UCS (User Created Standards) and custom scripting to automate design and manufacturing processes.
· Configure and optimize S2M Center for CNC machining and production efficiency.
· Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to improve workflows and reduce manufacturing errors.
· Develop custom reports, labels, and production documentation.
· Troubleshoot software, engineering, and production issues related to Cabinet Vision.
· Maintain material libraries, hardware catalogs, machining operations, and tooling configurations.
· Test and validate new software features, updates, and customizations before deployment.
· Train and support designers, engineers, and production staff on Cabinet Vision best practices.
· Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation, standardization, and manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Cabinet Vision preferred.
· Strong knowledge of UCS programming and Cabinet Vision customization.
· Experience with S2M Center and CNC machining.
· Understanding of cabinet construction methods and woodworking manufacturing processes.
· Familiarity with nested-based manufacturing and CNC programming.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
