Responsibilities:
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, background checks, and onboarding.
- Manage applicant tracking systems, recruitment data, timelines, reports, and candidate records.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, search firms, and external job platforms throughout the hiring process.
- Support HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, employee records, trainings, meetings, invoices, and HR projects.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and provide general administrative and project support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Outlook and Excel, as well as Zoom
- Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals, deadlines, and performance targets
