Collision Center Estimator

Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet - Waynesville is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our team in Waynesville, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage and providing thorough repair estimates, working closely with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct damage assessments on vehicles involved in collisions.
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance representatives, and technicians.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain parts and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry repair techniques, materials, and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates and customer interactions.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and insurance guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a collision estimator or in a similar automotive repair role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and auto body parts.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
