We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and accurate estimates for vehicle repairs.
## Responsibilities
- Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for vehicles brought into the body shop
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair details, costs, and timelines
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair plans
- Upsell additional services or repairs as needed
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions
## Experience
- Previous experience in automotive sales or service is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes is preferred
- Experience working in an auto body repair shop preferred
