Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing Construction Defect Litigation practice.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and drive construction defect litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Develop case strategy and work directly with clients to provide proactive counsel and exceptional service
- Collaborate with a litigation team to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes
- Contribute to a culture that values professionalism, mentorship, and community engagement
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 3–5 years of substantive experience in construction defect litigation
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Preferred:
- Prior experience using ProLaw
