Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer support to visitors and team members alike. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Handle all front desk duties, including checking in visitors, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate documentation using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools.
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing general administrative support.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and professional at all times while managing time effectively to prioritize urgent tasks.

Experience

  • Proven experience working at a front desk or reception area in an office setting.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience that demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools is preferred.
