Responsibilities

- Handle all front desk duties, including checking in visitors, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate documentation using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing general administrative support.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and professional at all times while managing time effectively to prioritize urgent tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience working at a front desk or reception area in an office setting.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience that demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
