We are seeking a dependable and staff-focused IT Helpdesk / Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Encino, CA. This is a hands-on, on-site role supporting approximately 100 users across a variety of technologies and business applications.


The ideal candidate is technically strong, organized, personable, and capable of balancing day-to-day helpdesk support with systems administration responsibilities. You will be responsible for maintaining reliable IT operations, supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and helping improve our overall technology environment.


Responsibilities


End User Support

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, and application issues
  • Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Support Migration from Google Workspaces to Office 365
  • Assist users with password resets, account access, printer issues, VPN connectivity, and general troubleshooting
  • Set up and deploy new user workstations, hardware, and software
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses


Systems Administration

  • Administer and support Windows servers
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Monitor backups, system health, antivirus, and endpoint security tools
  • Assist with network troubleshooting including switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
  • Support virtualization environments such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Perform routine maintenance
  • Document systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps


General IT Operations

  • Coordinate with vendors and outside IT provider when necessary
  • Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and office technology improvements
  • Help maintain cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
  • Provide excellent service for staff and communicate effectively with employees at all levels


Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with firewalls, backups, endpoint security, and virtualization platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft, or similar
  • Experience with VoIP systems, RMM tools, or cybersecurity platforms

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Encino, CA office. Candidates should be comfortable working directly with employees in a collaborative office environment.
