Our team provides a wide range of services, including tax preparation, bookkeeping, audit representation, tax mediation, and IRS/state tax resolution services.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients before the IRS and state tax agencies
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation to resolve tax issues
- Communicate directly with the IRS and state tax agencies to negotiate resolutions, including Installment Agreements, Offers in Compromise, and Penalty Abatements
- Review and analyze client financial information to determine eligibility for tax resolution programs
- Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and close cases within a timely manner
- Maintain detailed and organized case notes, ensuring compliance with company protocols and regulatory requirements
- Provide expert support in audits, appeals, and collections cases
Requirements:
- Ability to prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Ability to prepare financial statements for the IRS and states
- Ability to solidify installment agreements, Currently Non-Collectible, Offer in Compromise, Audit Representation, and Penalty Abatements
Essential Job Requirements:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods.
- Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment on a daily basis
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to interact professionally with clients over the phone and by email
- Must be able to occasionally lift or move office materials up to 10 pounds
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Active and valid Enrolled Agent license
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
