Taussig Landscape is looking for an experienced operations leader to run a fast-growing, premium landscape company from the inside out. This isn't a corporate role. It's a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to build teams, drive performance, and run a service business at a high level — every single day.

What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day operations across all departments — maintenance, install, irrigation, snow, and admin
• Build and enforce the systems, processes, and standards that allow the company to scale without chaos
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of department heads and field leaders
• Drive financial performance — you know your numbers and you manage to them
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across production, scheduling, equipment, and workflows
• Own the hiring, onboarding, and training pipeline so we always have the right people in the right seats
• Maintain the culture and standards that make Taussig Landscape a place people want to work
• Partner directly with the owner to translate vision into execution and results

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a COO, General Manager, or senior operations leader — landscape, construction, or trades background strongly preferred
• Someone who has actually run crews, managed field operations, and understands what it takes to deliver quality work at scale
• A builder — you don't just manage what exists, you improve it
• Strong with people — you can develop leaders, have hard conversations, and build a culture worth being part of
• Data-driven — you set targets, track the right metrics, and course-correct fast when something's off
• Organized and disciplined — you run tight meetings, clear processes, and expect the same from your team
• Experience with CRM, project management, or estimating software is a strong plus (LMN, Aspire, or similar)
