What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP, Branch Reporting position at Taurus Search?
A leading Investment Bank, is looking for a VP, Regulatory Reporting to lead submission of the Branch reports to the FRB. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and submitting the FFIEC002, FFIEC019, FR2420, FR2644, FR2900 FR2915, TFC-1, TIC BC, BL, BQ, FR Y-10, FR Y-6, and FR Y-7
- Preparing and submitting Cayman Branch FFIEC002s and CIMA filings
- Assist with annual reports to NY State Department of Financial Services
- Assist with Broker Dealer FINRA Reporting of FOCUS, Schedule I, SSOI, OBS. FRB reporting of TIC Form S, SLT, SHC
- Prepare quarterly analytical package with trend analysis and variance summary for CFO
- Liaise and answer FRB and FINRA inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of regulatory reporting experience, preferably branch reporting experience
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
