My client is looking to hire a Project Finance Portfolio Management Associate to join their global business.
The Project Finance PM will serve a portfolio management function in my clients Project Finance portfolio. The role involves credit monitoring, control, and administration to proactively identify potential credit issues. They also analyze amendment/consent/waiver requests, assess their credit impact, and prepare credit approval applications with recommended actions.
Other responsibilities include:
- Independently oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of Project Finance transactions in industries including thermal power, renewable power, infrastructure, oil & gas, and mining.
- Perform credit monitoring, control, and administration to proactively identify and address potential credit issues.
- Analyze and evaluate amendment/consent/waiver requests, assessing their impact on credit and preparing credit approval applications with recommended actions.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in portfolio management/credit risk and either project finance, oil & gas, energy, utilities or infrastructure.
This position is hybrid in NYC.
