What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workday Report Developer position at Tatum by Randstad?
Tatum by Randstad is working with a client in the gaming/entertainment industry that is searching for a techno functional Workday consultant to come in for 3 months and create HCM reports. The client is onsite 100% of the time and looking for a local candidate to come in and handle the following duties:
Responsibilities:
- Develop HCM reports that will provide information related to HR, labor, overtime, and benefits.
- Generate/create regulatory reports specific to the gaming and culinary union requirements
- Create operational reports that will be tracking overtime
- Develop comprehensive reports in Workday for senior leadership's review
- Work closely in cross functional teams with the Director of HR and senior leadership to ensure they are receiving Workday reporting to assist in strategic decision making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or economics is required
- 4 years of techno/functional experience with Workday
- Prior experience creating HCM reports in Workday
- Excellent communication and attention to detail are required
