Treasury Manager

We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Interim Treasury Analyst / Treasury Manager Consultant for a critical onsite role in Philadelphia. This is a unique interim position that blends traditional corporate treasury functions with hands-on operational responsibilities.

Because this role supports a dynamic business environment, we need a self-starting professional who can hit the ground running with minimal training and immediately contribute to day-to-day liquidity, risk management, and cross-functional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Management & Forecasting: Manage daily liquidity and drive both weekly and long-range cash flow forecasting models
• Banking & Reporting: Oversee banking relationships and independently prepare Treasury, cash, and banking reports for senior management and lenders
• Risk Management & FX: Monitor and report on Foreign Exchange (FX) exposure, and manage Letters of Credit
• Credit & Accounts Receivable: Oversee customer credit limits, manage credit risk, and support Accounts Receivable processes, including strategic customer follow-up activities
• Operations & Administration: Provide critical support for corporate insurance administration and annual renewal processes
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Assist with contract management support and closely coordinate operational activities with the Accounting team
• Systems Support: Provide expertise and oversight during potential ERP implementations or system transitions

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years of dedicated experience in Corporate Treasury, Treasury Operations, or Corporate Finance
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel capabilities and a strong track record of financial reporting
• Operational Agility: Proven ability to handle broader operational tasks (Insurance, Credit, Contracts) alongside core Treasury functions
• System Savvy: Prior exposure to ERP implementations or system transitions is highly preferred
• Soft Skills: Exceptional independence, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate effectively with a rapid ramp-up period
