- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including discharge planning.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and techniques.
- Experience in pediatrics and outpatient services is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to physical therapy and patient care.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
