We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for helping individuals with disabilities participate meaningfully in activities of daily living. You will be responsible for developing personalized treatment plans and providing high-quality physical therapy services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, goals, and needs.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including discharge planning.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology.

Requirements

  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Experience in pediatrics and outpatient services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology related to physical therapy and patient care.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion while providing patient-centered care.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.

Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
