Medford Children’s Clinic is seeking a creative, fun, and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. If you're passionate about helping children thrive and excited to learn in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Details:

Base Pay Rate:

  • Full Time Salary $79,191.67-$102,543.06 annually. Based on experience.
  • Part time Salary: $54.81 - $76.96 per client hour. Based on experience.
  • What You’ll Love as a full time Therapist:

Qualifications:

  • Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Pediatric experience preferred—new grads with strong interest in pediatrics encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based therapy approach.
  • Willingness to learn use of suspension systems and pediatric therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable working in shared treatment spaces.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High professional standards and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate children and young adults (ages 0–21) to determine therapy needs.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets insurance, licensing, and supervisory requirements.
  • Provide home programming and caregiver education.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Offer guidance, support, and resources to clients and families.
