This role is designed for an ambitious engineering leader with deep expertise in thermal systems and a proven ability to
take on increasing responsibility over time. You will play a pivotal role in developing next generation cooling solutions for
data centers, applying your technical and leadership skills to solve complex challenges and drive innovation. In addition,

About The Role

take on increasing responsibility over time. You will play a pivotal role in developing next generation cooling solutions for

you will actively contribute to defining the R&D roadmap, shaping the department’s growth, and ensuring alignment with
overall business strategy.
What You Will Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary R&D team (mechanical, structural, and thermal engineers).
- Define the R&D roadmap in alignment with business strategy and market trends.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation, quality, and
- Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and technical decision-making.
- Represent R&D in executive discussions, customer meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead the design, modeling, and testing of liquid cooling manifolds, air handling units (AHUs), and other thermal
- Utilize simulation tools, such as CFD and FEA, to optimize airflow, heat transfer, and overall system efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers and manufacturing teams to integrate thermal systems into

- Maintain a proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware approach in all activities.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal or Heat Transfer Engineering, or a related discipline; a master’s
- Between seven and twelve years of experience in designing thermal management systems, including liquid
- Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex engineered products.
- Strong expertise in CFD and/or FEA, with proficiency in tools such as Ansys, Fluent, or Star-CCM .
- Experience in data center cooling, electronics cooling, or HVAC industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication abilities with the capacity to engage diverse stakeholders.
