What You’ll Do

• Inspecting and signing off on deliveries from vendors, verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered
• Performing quality assurance inspections to ensure the items received are in good condition and meet the company’s standards
• Updating inventory records using computerized systems, ensuring that the inventory is accurate and up-to-date
• Organizing and storing received items in the appropriate areas of the warehouse
• Coordinating with purchasing department regarding discrepancies between ordered and received goods
• Preparing and maintaining detailed receiving logs for management review
• Coordinating the return of damaged goods or shipment errors to suppliers
• Packing, labeling and preparing orders for shipment when needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following health and safety regulations
  
  

Additional Expectations

• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
• Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
• Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
• Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma
• Organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail oriented
• Excellent computer skills
