What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks
- Manage office activities such as supply ordering, vendor coordination, and general site support
- Coordinate site visits, customer tours, and internal events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site setup
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and communications for site leadership
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required
- Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, leadership) to support site needs
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office and visitor environment
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative, office coordination, or site support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage logistics and coordinate multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Comfortable working in a plant or manufacturing environment
