Tate’s Day Camp is hiring Part-Time Camp Counselors for Summer 2026 in Knoxville. This is a weekday afternoon role (2:30–6:00 PM) working directly with campers in an outdoor, high-energy environment.

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Summer season: May 26 – July 31
- Paid training: May 18–22 (required)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and participate in group activities, games, and daily routines
- Build relationships with campers and help them feel included and confident
- Support a safe, structured, and positive environment
- Work closely with a team of counselors and camp leadership
This is a hands-on role. You are actively engaged with campers throughout your shift.

Requirements:
- High school graduate, graduating senior, or college student
- Ability to work with children in an outdoor setting
