Job Summary
The Product Marketing Coordinator, will serve as Tatcha’s product marketing hub, working cross-functionally to assist the Director/Sr. Manager to develop and implement Tatcha’s global innovation and current product portfolio and marketing strategy to drive the brand’s awareness, growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities
The expected base pay range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. The exact base pay is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan based on personal performance and company results. Job Summary
The Product Marketing Coordinator, will serve as Tatcha’s product marketing hub, working cross-functionally to assist the Director/Sr. Manager to develop and implement Tatcha’s global innovation and current product portfolio and marketing strategy to drive the brand’s awareness, growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage updates to basic business’ products and packaging due to reforms, repacks and market expansion.
- Own limited edition new product development and acquisition sets to drive retailer new customer acquisition and surprise and delight loyalist.
- Own copy brief and development process to inform product and packaging copy.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Teams, Packaging, Creative & Operations to bring the Tatcha experience to life through best-in-class limited life and curated products from concept until the product is brought into the home.
- Successfully advance projects through the process lifecycle and ensure delivery on time.
- Ensure accurate and timely issuance of marketing briefs for all programs, clearly communicating project details and objectives to all cross-functional partners.
- Assist team with basic business product optimization for better consumer experience and COGs
- Anticipate, identify and seek resolution of developmental and operational issues throughout development process.
- Support presentation development for key internal and external product marketing meetings, including monthly leadership alignment.
- Support team by pulling together consumer insights, sales data, comprehensive competitive analysis and input from retailers and markets to help inform recommendations for Tatcha’s innovation pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 2 years of experience in Product Marketing preferably within prestige beauty industry, focused on skincare, with a strong understanding of the copy/artwork process and the product lifecycle
- Advanced Excel skills
- Consumer obsessed, always on the search on how to solve a consumer’s issue and be able to craft a product story that will resonate with the relevant consumer.
