Vehicle Fleet Coordinator

Position Overview:

This is a backfill position supporting vehicle fleet operations and engineering activities. The role combines fleet coordination, hands-on vehicle work, prototype support, and administrative responsibilities. The individual will help manage a wide variety of vehicles, including gas, hybrid, electric, production, and prototype vehicles.

Key Responsibilitie

• .Perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• .Assist with vehicle software updates
• .Coordinate vehicle scheduling and availability
• .Track and maintain vehicle registrations, insurance, tabs, and compliance requirements
• .Coordinate vehicle deliveries to suppliers and facilities
• .Document installation results, fitment concerns, and engineering feedback
• .Communicate findings with engineering teams and suppliers
