Job Description
:Provide SAP subject matter expertise to support SAP project where this individual will lead the transformation of the cultural application of SAP and facilitate the necessary training and controls to improve the material management and planning at the site. This is an onsite position, therefore lengthy travel will be expected if the preferred candidate does not reside local to the facility
.Essential Functions
- :Expert SAP support to provide training and guidance to CFB and assist in driving improvements to the SAP data integrit
- yTraining for specific team members including small group sessions as well as potential classroom style training sessions

- :Use SAP as true system of records (for planning & reporting
- )Eliminate inventory losse
- sEliminate wall to wall stoc
- kImprove accurate costs for scrap & CoP
- QCell level plan execution accountabilit
- yMaintains current knowledge of and complies with customer/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data as applicable to the work assigned
- .Provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic tea

.Basic Qualifications
- :10 Years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering & MRB Process flow in the aviation industry
- .Ability to work overtime as neede
- dB.S. in Manufacturing Engineering or related fiel
- dExpert knowledge in SA
- PAbility to train others with a high attention to detail and well organization
- .Experience with Access and/or Excel database
sPreferred Qualifications
- :Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, planning, problem solving, organizational, and decision-making skill
- sKnowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations regulatory requirements or work experience with government regulatory agencie
- sKnowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100, AS9102, & IS
ODemonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management, external customers, and government agencie
