Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution from product development through NPI, factory readiness, and mass production.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional action items.
- Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring clear communication, timely escalation, and strong execution alignment.
- Partner with engineering, procurement, quality, logistics, suppliers, and factory teams to drive build readiness and issue closure.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to materials, capacity, cost, schedule, quality, and operational constraints.
- Track KPIs, cost metrics, and program status; provide clear updates and recommendations to leadership.

- Practical technical curiosity and willingness to learn manufacturing processes, tooling, product builds, and factory constraints.
- Comfortable collaborating across India and U.S. time zones to support customer and factory execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in technical program management, operations program management, NPI, manufacturing, product development, or supply chain.
- Experience working with customers, OEMs, contract manufacturers, factory teams, suppliers, and global cross-functional stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes such as injection molding, die casting, sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, tooling, part qualification, and assembly readiness.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between India-based factory teams and U.S.-based customers, including early morning or late evening collaboration as needed.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent project/program management certification is preferred.
- Hindi language capability is a plus.
Desired Experience Level
- Experience supporting consumer electronics, EMS, contract manufacturing, mechanical components, or high-volume manufacturing programs.
- Exposure to injection molding, tooling schedules, DFM reviews, part validation, build readiness, or supplier/factory issue resolution.
- Experience leading customer meetings, executive updates, technical escalations, and cross-regional action item closure.
- Willingness to travel 20–25% for customer, factory, and supplier engagement.
- Must be based in or near Santa Clara, CA. Travel to local customer locations mandatory.
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
