Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Manager is based in St. Louis, MO. The responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, and understanding their unique staffing needs. The role also involves managing existing client accounts, developing and executing growth strategies, and ensuring a client-centric experience that aligns with the values and goals of TASS Locums. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.


Qualifications

  • Strong business development and relationship management skills, including client outreach, strategic partnership building, and account management
  • Proven ability in sales and negotiation with a results-oriented approach
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Industry knowledge or experience in healthcare, medical staffing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to analyze and interpret market trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for overcoming business challenges
