What You'll Do
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Oversee and execute remediation projects within regulatory frameworks, SOPs, budgets, and schedules.
- Scope, develop, and cost new project opportunities.
- Prepare and submit deliverables across multiple regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to engage appropriate technical support.
- Build and lead a dedicated project team to meet various requirements.
- Support construction-focused project execution in coordination with our Oil and Gas division.
- Handle administrative duties such as budget tracking, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with stringent health and safety requirements.
- Attend client-sponsored safety meetings and implement procedural changes as needed.
- Experience: 6 years in project management within environmental or oil & gas industries.
- Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools, safety regulations, and SOP requirements.
- Team Leadership: Ability to coach, train, and inspire a high-performing team.
