Job Description
Taskify is hiring for one of the global players in the financial services industry.
We are seeking a Branch Operations Associate Manager (LO) to join the National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role is focused on leading branch operations, supervising teller functions, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily operations of teller functions, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality service.
- Provide feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer and colleague experience.
- Support operational and customer service tasks while resolving complex issues.
- Manage team schedules and allocate financial and human resources efficiently.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team to meet business objectives and reach full potential.
- Collaborate with branch employees, peers, and regional management to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant banking laws, regulations, retail compliance controls, and risk management policies.
- Assist customers by connecting them to Loan Originator (SAFE) team members when appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience assessing customer needs, resolving issues, or related financial services experience.
- 1 year of leadership experience managing teams or operations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to educate and connect customers to digital and mobile banking options.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, risk management, and loss prevention.
- Cash handling experience and relevant military experience are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Job Expectations:
- Schedule may include most Saturdays.
- Must meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau requirements for Loan Originator (LO) roles.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
