Taskify is hiring for one of the global players in the financial services industry.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) to join the National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim, non-exempt position designed to develop future Branch Managers. Successful completion of the Branch Manager Readiness program is required to transition into a manager role, based on branch vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to achieve business goals and drive growth.
- Mentor direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
- Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer experience, employee engagement, and team growth.
- Identify opportunities to simplify banking for customers through digital education and adoption.
- Lead the branch while collaborating with stakeholders, peers, and internal partners to ensure a customer-centric experience.
- Ensure compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and Regulation Z requirements for Loan Originators.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military service, or education).
- 2 years of leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing, coaching, and developing teams.
- Ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coaching across diverse customer segments, including affluent, high net worth, and small business.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, internal partners, and the community.
- Knowledge of banking laws, regulations, compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention.
- Relevant military experience is a plus.
Job Expectations:
- Flexibility to work schedules that may include most Saturdays.
- Ability to travel within assigned geography up to 50% during the first 6 months.
- Relocation assistance may be available.
- SAFE registration required at the time of employment.
