Role Overview

As a key member of the retail team, you’ll transform store visitors into lifelong customers by providing personalized design advice and exceptional service. You will inspire guests, create excitement around home furnishing solutions, and help them design living spaces that reflect their lifestyle and taste.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service that delights every guest
• Maintain a professional presence at the front of the store and ensure a welcoming environment
• Accurately process sales orders, manage cash handling, and assist with financing applications
• Resolve customer concerns independently and uphold brand reputation
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation
• Support inventory and loss prevention activities
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance standards
• Assist with all other operational tasks as assigned by management

Profile

• Minimum age: 18, with legal authorization to work in the US
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Friendly, engaging communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic about helping customers and achieving results
• Reliable, proactive, and motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
